Laramie County Community College seeks bids for the renovation of existing restrooms, "Women 130" and "Men 131", in the CCC building at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY, as indicated in the bid documents. Project includes demolition and renovation including new finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression upgrades. Successful firm shall provide LCCC with the services and/or materials as defined by LCCC Policies and this certain Bid Package.
