Estimated Project Completion date is: May 1, 2026 Project Location: Granite Springs Reservoir Curt Gowdy State Park Laramie County, Wyoming DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. Site: a. Access to the site shall be at the existing gravel roads at the site. b. On-site staging and storage areas shall be limited to an area designated by the Site Superintendent and disclosed during the pre-bid meeting. c. Protect the existing gravel roads. 2. General Description: a. Obtain all Laramie County, State of Wyoming, and other permits required for the project. Bidding questions shall be submitted online website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 26, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers online website or in the form of a written addendum posted online by 3:00 p.m. on September 8, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on August 26, 2025, will not be addressed. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
