The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is soliciting proposals for a sitewide improvement project at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center. The scope of work includes the demolition of existing structures, roof replacement, utility upgrades, and roadway improvements. Further details are outlined in the Statement of Work, which also describes the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). A site visit and Area A Access forms are referenced, with specific dates provided in the solicitation. Proposals are due by August 29, 2025. The contract will be awarded using a Best Value method to the Government. Location: Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center, 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Rd, Bluemont, VA 20135. EPS # 9635 Questions, UNCLASSIFIED in nature, regarding this RFP are due by August 19th, 2025 at 12:00pm local time and are to be submitted in MS Word format to the Contracting Officer (CO) at MATTHEW.RAIBLE@FEMA.DHS.GOV
