For the Furnishing of All Labor, Material and Equipment for the Janell Drive Sanitary Sewer Extension Project in Columbia Township in Accordance With Plans and Specifications Prepared by the Office of Ken Carney, Lorain County Sanitary Engineer. This Project Consists of Installing Approximately 1560 Ft of 8" Sewer, 1200 Ft of Force Main, a Sanitary Pump Station, and Sanitary Sewer Laterals on Janell Drive in Columbia Township. . All Materials and Equipment Must Meet the Plans and Specifications as Approved by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and Work Performed Shall Be Under the Supervision of the Lorain County Sanitary Engineer. All Contractors Involved With This Project Will to an Extent Practicable Use Ohio Products, Materials, Services and Labor in Implementation of This Project. Additionally, Contractor Compliance With the Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is Required.
