SCOPE OF WORK/SPECIFICATIONS i. Corrugated Steel 1. 4 1/2 Deep, 17GA. Grade 50 (min) galvanized G165 stay-in place metal forms with factory closed ends. a. 700 sheets @ 7'-7" x 24" cover b. 700 sheets @ 8'-1" x 24" cover 2. 520 PCS 3"x3" x 10'-0" long 8GA. Grade 40 (min) support angles with 1/2 " diameter factory punches holes 12" o.c 3. 5,200 PCS 3/8" x 3" galvanized screw bolts 4. 15,000 PCS #14 self-tapping and drilling screws for attachment to support angles, sidelaps and channel closures. 1. All SIP forms and accessories are furnished galvanized G165 2. All materials are fabricated in the United States from domestically produced steel. Mill certifications are furnished upon shipment. 3. Support angles, straps and closures are furnished in standard 10'-0" lengths.
