Reference Number 0000394644 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: (4) 1-year options The University of Colorado Denver and The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (UCD-AMC ) is a public, coeducational institution on two campuses in the greater metropolitan Denver area. The Downtown campus has liberal arts and sciences and professional programs in seven schools and colleges. The Anschutz Medical Campus (CU Anschutz) in Aurora is home to six professional schools in the health sciences and extensive research and clinical care facilities. The two campuses combined enroll more than 18,000 students and offer more than 130 study programs in 13 schools and colleges. CU Anschutz is located on 128 acres. The campus contains over 33 buildings totaling 3.6 million square feet of office, and academic space. Lynx Crossing Residence Hall is conveniently close to CU Denver Downtown campus and the heart of the city located on 318 Walnut St., Denver, CO 80204. Lynx Crossing is a suite style residence hall which includes a 120-person cafeteria. The hall holds 722 undergrad and graduate students, most of whom attend UCD-AMC, but also includes students from Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU) and Community College of Denver (CCD). UCD-AMC took over all management activities of Lynx Crossing on July 1, 2020. UCD-AMC requires scheduled pickups of trash and recycling from its facilities as listed on the UCD Container Locations attachment found under the Buyer Attachments Tab. UCD seeks an experienced firm that can economically provide the service requested in this request for proposal (RFP).
