Reference Number 0000395049 The High Plains Lift Station does not have a functional water supply to provide cleaning & wash down capabilities as well as pump priming for the operational needs of the station. The project has been designed to make a connection to the existing water line in the E Moraine Dr culde-sac, which is located across a drainage way within the Blackstone Country Club to the west of the Station. A Horizontal Directional Drilled (HDD) pipeline will be pulled under the drainageway and course to minimize impacts. The necessary Permanent Utility and Temporary Construction Easements have been procured, and the Construction Drawings have been approved through Civil Plan Review process. Question Deadline 08/20/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to Matt Kozakowski, Project Manager, at mkozakow@auroragov.org, and to Nathan Jones, Contract Administrator at njones@auroragov.org. Emailed questions shall contain the project name and number in the email subject line, and must be received no later than time. Questions will be answered via addendum posted to online. Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. In addition, the bid guarantee shall be accompanied in the same file as the bid. The Contract Documents require that all work be Substantially Complete by January 31, 2026 with Final Completion by February 28, 2026. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $800.00 per day. The estimated cost for this project is from $325,000.00 to $500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
