Reference Number 0000393922 Question Deadline 08/29/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain proposals from Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) firms with the capabilities and experience to provide preconstruction services, and construction phase services via a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for The Bass Museum of Art's (the "Bass") expansion project (the "Project"). The Project is located in the City of Miami Beach at 2100 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL within Collins Park and expands the existing building into the existing parking lot to the South. Fortunately, the loss of a few parking spaces would be inconsequential now that the City has completed a new parking garage for the cultural campus located on the block north of the Bass.
