Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Indian Village Playground is a neighborhood park that primarily serves residents on the west side of Salisbury. The park includes a spacious playground, two basketball courts and a recreational ballfield. Public input has included a desire for additional park amenities to attract positive activity in the community. Proposed improvements include: an additional play module, security lighting, new fencing for the softball backstop, restroom renovations, construction of a small pavilion, walking trails, along with updates to the existing restroom and other site amenities. As of July 28, 2025, this project is included in the County 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
