Request for Proposals for Wintergreen Interdistrict Magnet School for Janitorial/Custodial Services post project completion. The awarded vendor shall perform a comprehensive post-construction cleaning of the facility to ensure it is ready for move-in. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: General Cleaning o Thoroughly wipe down all vertical and horizontal surfaces, including: o Doors, door frames, and hardware o Window sills, wall hangings, directory signs o Counters, appliances, fixtures, and built-ins o Damp wipe/dust all wall surfaces o Clean and damp wipe all furniture, including desks, tables, chairs, file cabinets, and bookshelves Flooring o Strip and refinish all vinyl composition tile (VCT) flooring o Machine scrub all non-wax hard surface floors o Shampoo and extract all carpeted areas, including runners and area rugs Restrooms and Glass o Deep clean all restroom fixtures: o Sinks, toilets, partitions, mirrors, showers, and floors o Clean both sides of all partition glass o Wash all exterior glass (interior and exterior surfaces). Facility Size: Approximately 82,740 square feet Start Date: 8/21/25 End Date: 8/25/25
