No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bids without the approval and written consent of the Town Each bidder must deposit with his bid, a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Notes to Bidders. All bid deposits except those of the three lowest responsible and eligible bidders, shall be returned within approximately 15 days after the opening of the bids. The bid bonds of the three lowest responsible and eligible general bidder shall be returned upon the execution and delivery of the general contract or, if no award is made, then at the expiration of ninety (90) days after the opening of the bids therefore, unless forfeited by failure to sign the contract as hereinafter provided. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Bond in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Notes to Bidders. Replacement of all flooring. 8. New finishes. 9. New millwork. 10. Replacement of bathroom fixtures. 11. New updated mechanical system. 12. New updated electrical system 13. New light fixtures.
