Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Slip Lining of an existing 36-inch CMP culvert with SWHDPE, including grouting of the pipe invert, grouting of the annular void between the host pipe and new pipe. Includes erosion control, seeding &mulching, and any incidentals necessary to complete the project. If a Bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or if he finds discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from any of the Contract Documents, he shall immediately submit a written request at least five (5) calendar days in advance of the bid opening date to the Engineer for interpretation or clarification. Said request by the Bidder and reply by the Engineer in the form of an addendum shall be in conformance with the provisions of these Contract Documents.
