Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a 500,000-square-foot, four-story above grade, 1,600-space parking garage; and transportation facility.
Plans call to construct four levels, 1,600 parking space parking garage. As of November 14, 2025 the project is in final design stage. The City of Chattanooga has issued a parking lot demolition and a building demolition permit. The design build contractor has been selected. The garage will be 95 percent funded by state allocations with approximately half coming from the owner and then reimbursed by the state. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025.
