Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lombard, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Knolls Community Park Pickleball Court Addition & Nature Play Area Project will include but not limited to: Asphalt access trails paving, sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete curb installation, fence installation, construction of pickleball courts and color coat, retaining wall, nature play area (play equipment by others) with concrete walk to shelter (shelter construction by others), restoration and other items needed to complete the proposed improvements. This project is to be bid as a lump sum contract with supplemental unit prices. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, "Open Space Lands Acquisition & Development" (OSLAD) grant program.
