Renovation of a municipal facility in Alexandria, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Alexandria has issued this ITB to obtain Bids from qualified Bidders and enter into a Contract for the provision of construction services for the Public Safety Center (PSC) Housing Unit Cell Security Upgrade. The successful Bidder shall renovate the existing first floor housing units as indicated in the construction drawings and technical specifications, which are provided with the ITB as separate Portable Document Format (PDF) downloads. Question Deadline 08/13/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit any questions regarding sites, scope of work, Contract requirements in writing to darryl.jackson@alexandriava.gov. City Issues Responses to Vendor Questions via Amendment August 18, 2025 All participants shall complete the Alexandria Sheriffs Office Casual Worker Information/Authorization form, provided as Attachment J-10, in order to participate in the site visit. All participants must submit the form for approval via email directly to Sergeant of Support Services Gregory Perez at gregory.perez@alexandriava.gov no less than five (5) Business Days prior to the date of the site visit. A photocopy of the applicants drivers license or other government issued identification with a photograph must be attached. Prior approval from the Sheriff's Office is required for access into the facility.
