This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This is a Brand-name only, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable solicitation (LPTA). 3. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05 (eff. 08/07/2025) 4.
