Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
667-25-4-501-1041 Contractor shall provide all shipping, installation (if required), equipment, personnel, labor, and testing for a name brand door alarm system. The requirement is for market research purposes to determine contractor interest, capabilities, qualifications, and compliance with the Nonmanufacturer Rule, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreements. The government anticipates a competitive, firm fixed price contract. Interested offerors must respond to a detailed set of questions regarding business size, manufacturing status, distribution authorization, compliance certifications, delivery schedules, availability under government contracts, and pricing estimates. Responses must include descriptive literature and supporting documentation demonstrating the ability to meet the requirements and salient characteristics of the name brand or equal product. This is a Sources Sought notice and not a solicitation; responses will be used solely for market research by the MEDVAMC Purchasing and Contract Team. All Questions shall be submitted by Sept 2, 2025, at 10:00 pm (CST) via email to Rhonda.gibson2@va.gov The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
