The MQC and MBE installation projects are directly funded by the DOE's Office of Science. The GC is required to complete the MQC and MBE installation projects as detailed within the SOW; it's supporting attachments and drawings. The GC is required to adhere to the project schedule, as outlined within the Statement of Work (SOW), while working in conjunction with SLAC to deliver the utmost safety, quality, and meet or surpass the administrative and technical requirements detailed in the RFP documents. The GC will finalize construction by performing, testing and commissioning of all new building systems working with the Project and SLAC Operations Teams for a completed facility that will transfer to SLAC Facilities and Operations and TID groups. DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SLAC will use a single step Best Value Trade Off (BVTO) selection method to identify the most qualified DBB GC.
