No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or to waive informality in the Bidding, if it is in the interest of the Board of Education to do so. Estimated budget: $500,000 to $1,000,000 Changes in the Plans and Specifications o The dimmer switches shall be Lutron Diva 250 Watt 120 Voltage Single Pole/3-Way LED and CFL Dimmer (Model: DVCL-253P-WH). o The Junior School shall have dimmer switches and be wired with dimming capability in all lights. o The High School shall not have dimming switches, but the lights shall be wired for future dimming. Terminate wiring in junction box above ceiling at switch. o Contractor shall install dimmer wire in conduit within existing wall. Surface mounted conduit will not be accepted. o Only one (1) switch is required per room. The entire room will be powered on and dimmed at one time. o The contractor is responsible for the relocation and reinstallation of all AV/Data, projectors, fire alarm devices, etc., from existing ceilings to new ceilings. o Only where existing occupancy sensors exist, the contractor must wire in the existing sensors. o The contractor MUST provide a separate crew at each school to install ceilings and lights. The district will allow one room in each school to be worked on each week. The working hours are 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the Torey J. Sabatini School and Junior School, and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the High School.
