Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
Greater Latrobe School District is soliciting sealed bids for the following Project in the form of multiple prime contracts: Greater Latrobe School District - Memorial Stadium Track Renovation Sitework and General Construction Contract - Bid #1: Work includes site clearing, earthwork and grading, storm sewer, scoreboard relocation, painting of stadium light support structures, pavement, track surface, fencing and related work. Electrical Contract - Bid #2: Work includes new stadium lighting, new PA/audio system, new scoreboard/game management system, conduits and ground boxes, power distribution, and related work. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 10- percent of the base bid PLUS any Add Alternates in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to Greater Latrobe School District. The School District reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any or all, or parts of any and all bids. No bids may be withdrawn for at least 60-days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the Greater Latrobe School District. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
