This project includes the replacement of the superstructure carrying Ligonier Street over Loyalhanna Creek. Work will include replacing the 3-span prestressed non-composite adjacent box beam superstructure totaling approximately 175 feet with a reinforced concrete spread box beam superstructure. There will also be minor utility work including incorporated and coordinated, drainage improvements, approach work to tie into the existing pavement and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for Ligonier Street, Section W29, in Westmoreland County, City of Latrobe from approximately the City Brewing Company entrance to approximately the intersection of West 1st Avenue and Ligonier Street.
