Contractors to Supply Windows and Doors for the Chickasaw Nation Division of Housing Department for 6 Veteran Homes. You may retain a copy for your files. THE CHICKASAW NATION DIVISION OF HOUSING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS. No member, officer, or employee of the Chickasaw Nation Housing Authority or Chickasaw Nation Division of Housing, during his tenure or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest direct, or indirect, in this bid or contract or the proceeds thereof. Attached is important information needed for placing a bid with the Chickasaw Nation Division of Housing. The bid sheet, affidavit, along with insurance verification (Workers' Comp. & General Liability, where applicable), will need to be returned to the Chickasaw Nation Division of Housing (CNDH) Tribal Procurement Office. The Indian Preference Clause, the Default Clause, and Specs are enclosed for your information, do not return to CNDH. The Sub-Contractor will be required to pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the locality at the time the contract is executed, as determined by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act. The Sub-Contractor will also be required to submit weekly certified payroll reports for all laborers. A copy of the current wage rate decision and certified payroll report are enclosed. Please submit a price for material and labor to install Vinyl Windows, Exterior doors, (Tyvek) brand house wrap, and foil-back window flashing on Six (6) 1024 S.F homes located on the corner of West Cottage and North Cherry St. in Ada Ok. Construction knobs will also need to be installed under this scope knobs will be provided by CNDH. All work, and materials are to comply with specifications and Manufactures installation Instructions. The sub-contractor shall submit exact dimensions of windows and doors and provide CNDH window and exterior doors submittals. It will be the sub-contractor's responsibility to remove from each site all trash generated during installation under this scope. The contractor shall provide a min. one (1) year warranty from date of final inspection on stress cracks or any manufacture defects.
