All material is on contractor Contractor will demo out existing copper panels storing them in a designated location on facility grounds Contractor will install "Rusted Metal" colored Alucobond metal panels replacing old copper paneling. Contractor will also replace the vapor barrier behind all panels that are damaged or falling apart. Contractor will review all elevation drawing to get exact sizing of all metal panels. Contractor will caulk and seal all joints or opening around panels creating a watertight panel. Contractor will provide all Warranty information upfront and will be held to that warranty. Contractor will provide samples of all materials. Contractor will operate onsite using all appropriate PPE and follow all Safety requirement while on site. Contractor will meet all expectations of the CNMC. Contractor will abide by all policies and procedures at the CNMC. The contractor shall demo the existing copper paneling, repair the vapor barrier, and install a new Alucobond metal panel system in a rusted metal finish. All joints must be caulked to create a watertight paneling system. The Chickasaw Nation is Accepting Proposals From Qualified Contractors to R&r Existing Copper Panels and Vapo Barrier Located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center in Ada, Ok. Interested Parties Must Respond by 5pm 9/26/25. The Competency and Responsibility of Offerors Will Be Considered in Awarding the Contract, and the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Offerors and Waive Irregularity in Offerors. The Contract Will Be Accepted if Found Reasonable and in the Interest of the Chickasaw Nation to Accept It. Each Offeror Shall Be Aware That Proposals Will Be Received From Indian and Non-Indian Companies and Preference Will Be Given to Those Received From Indian Companies. Qualification for Each Preference Shall Be Determined by Chickasaw Nation Procurement Department.
