Isle of Wight County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the oversight of the Construction of a 750,000 gallon elevated water storage tank. This includes meetings, inspections, shop drawings, RFIs, and other typical construction oversight functions SUMMARY SCOPE OF SERVICE: - Oversight of the construction of the 750,000 gallon Riverside Elevated Storage Tank awarded to CBI. Work includes shop drawing reviews, schedule reviews, periodic meetings, reviews of invoices, specialty inspections, and other Professional services. Procurement Contract Officer: Marina Hitchings, Financial Analyst, mhitchings@isleofwightus.net The Procurement Contract Officer, Marina Hitchings, is the sole contact for Isle of Wight County with respect to this RFP. Question Deadline 08/07/2025 at 11:59 PM ET All questions and/or comments should be submitted through electronically. The respondents to this RFP shall not contact, either directly or indirectly, any other employee or agent of the County regarding this RFP. Any such unauthorized contact may disqualify the offeror from procurement. The contract is not renewable. The County may engage in individual discussions with two or more offerors deemed fully qualified, responsible and suitable on the basis of initial responses and with emphasis on professional competence, to provide the required services. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of the County.
