Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Oakland, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of the demolition of eight (8) residential dwellings and appurtenances located along the Ramapo River. All structures, driveways, walkways, walls and fences will be removed, the basements backfilled to grade and the area will be stabilized. Principal items of work in the project include: L.S. Structure Demolition (8 Sites) L.S. Asbestos Abatement 3,800 C.Y. Clean Fill 40 TON Disposal of Non-regulated Debris 100 TON Asphalt Driveway Disposal 60,000 S.F. Site Grading 900 C.Y. Screened Top Soil, 5 Thick 60,000 S.F. Fertilizing, Seeding and Straw Mulch . The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by 120 days from Notice to Proceed. a certified check, cashiers check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract.
