The Livermore Fire Protection District is seeking a qualified General Contractor for the construction of a new 6,388 sf fire station located at 6382 Red Mountain Road, Livermore, CO. Construction siteis approximately 6 miles northeast from US Hwy 287 on Larimer County Rd 37. Qualified contractors must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a general contractor, hold a Larimer County commercial general contractor's license and be able to demonstrate, by list and reference, a minimum of 5 commercial projects utilizing a pre-engineered steel building of at least 5,000sf.
