Demolition and site work for a residential development in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Reference Number 0000394300 Foothills Regional Housing is looking for a qualified demolition contractor to demolsh a former bank builiding located on the NE corner of 44th ave & Wadsworth Blvd located in Wheat Ridge, CO. The building has been tested and cleared of any ACM's or LBP. This section summarizes the scope of work under this RFP ("Scope of Work"), which is described in greater detail below and in the Contract Documents and Exhibits. The Scope of Work shall include the design, furnishing and installation of a variety of upgrades, which include: Demolition: Demolition will consist of 1 brick veneer former bank building with interior steel 2x support walls and functioning vault. All exterior concrete flatwork will be included in the scope of work. The owner will work with utility companies to disconnect services prior to demolition date. Restoration: The Site should be cleaned, graded, and restored in preparation for future residential and commercial development. Fill dirt will not be needed The Authority intends to employ a GC firm that shall provide all professional services as defined herein, and SOW as described above. Work may include but is not limited to design, program review, planning, design review, scheduling, cost estimating, life-cycle cost-engineering, value-engineering, constructability reviews, construction sequencing options and the GC will also serve as general contractor for the project, at-risk.
