Reference Number 0000394300 Foothills Regional Housing is looking for a qualified demolition contractor to demolsh a former bank builiding located on the NE corner of 44th ave & Wadsworth Blvd located in Wheat Ridge, CO. The building has been tested and cleared of any ACM's or LBP. This section summarizes the scope of work under this RFP ("Scope of Work"), which is described in greater detail below and in the Contract Documents and Exhibits.
