LONGS PEAK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT (LPMD) and Evergreen Devco (Evergreen) are requesting Bid Proposals for the construction of a new extension of Phase 2 Lookout, a public parking lot, plaza and open space, within the Clear Creek Crossing master development located in Wheat Ridge, CO. Note the following improvements are complete with Phase 1: (a) All rough grading & certified building pads; (b) Sanitary sewer mains, manholes & service laterals to buildings; (c) Grease interceptors for each building; (d) Storm sewer mains, inlets and manholes with service laterals to buildings and Ph. 2 limits; (e) Water mains and laterals to buildings. The Scope of Work for the new parking lot and public plaza / open space improvements includes but is not limited to: (a) Cast in place board formed concrete retaining walls; (b) Final grading for new curb & gutter and asphalt paving; (c) Final grading for new decorative concrete steps, ramps and hardscape; (d) New railings for steps, ramps & walls; (e) Site electrical & lighting and low voltage for audio-video systems; (f) Coordination with Evergreen on an Owner supplied amenities packages; (g) Coordination with Dry Utility Companies; (h) All necessary dust control, cleaning & storm water management. Construction is to commence no later than 10 working days following execution of contract. A detailed critical-path schedule will be due from the Bidder within 5 working days from the Notice of Award. All critical milestone dates and overall schedule duration shall be included as part of the executed contract. LPMD reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Proposals that are reviewed and considered to be incomplete and/or not qualified.
