The 2025 SEWER MAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT consists of 808 linear feet of 18-inch, 290 linear feet of 20-inch, and 250 linear feet of 24-inch cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) in several locations with 2 service connections along the 18-inch pipe. This project also includes the removal and replacement of four manhole chimneys. This project is located near the Miller Connector to the Metro Water Recovery Metering Station, and it is likely that bypass pumping will be needed. The flow rate for the Miller Connector ranges between a high flow rate of 0.70 MGD, a low flow rate of 0.20 MGD, and an average daily flow rate of 0.36 MGD based upon recent flow data. It will be the contractor's responsibility to prepare a bypass pumping plan (if needed) with the appropriately sized pump(s), piping, generator and backup system to accomplish the bypass pumping task. The cost for the bypass pumping will need to be included in associated bid items. Bid Date Notes : Proposals and Bid Security must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Westridge Sanitation District and marked "2025 Sewer Main Capital Improvements Project" or if submitting via email, with the subject line "2025 Sewer Main Capital Improvements Project - Bid Enclosed". The entire Part 1 - Contract Documents shall be submitted with the proposal. The District may award part of the Bid Schedule at its sole discretion depending upon project needs and available funding.
