Contractor is to perform annual jet cleaning, videoing and root cutting for Applewood Sanitation District (ASD) and the Westridge Sanitation District (WSD) sanitary sewer mains. Each respective District will enter into a separate contract with the selected contractor; however, each District will do a similar scope of work each year. Since the two districts are adjacent to each other and have similar schedules it is advantageous to option cost proposals as a combined effort. PLEASE SUBMIT: 1. Firm's name, address, phone 2.
