The City seeks a qualified firm or consultant team (Firm) to provide professional services for the preparation of street concepts for the 38th Avenue refresh project between Wadsworth Boulevard and Sheridan Boulevard. The scope of work includes traffic analysis, preliminary design, public information and drainage analysis. An estimate of professional fees required to complete this scope must be included and will be evaluated as part of the proposal review process.
