Reference Number 0000394312 The Foothills Regional Housing ("FRH") seeks a General Contractor (GC) to provide Preconstruction Services and Construction Services for the construction of a new building at 7525 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge. The GC will work collaboratively with the Project architect to provide cost estimates and work through the building permit approval process through the City of Wheat Ridge. The goal is to obtain building permits and start construction by April 1, 2026.
