The contract for this project shall provide for, but not limited to, all equipment, materials, and workmanship required for the proper surface preparation and application of new protective coating systems to the interior and exterior surfaces of the Contact Basin No. 6 and Splitter Basin No. 3 at the Courtney Bend Water Treatment Plant.
