The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and all activities required for constructing a park consisting of concrete sidewalk, a concrete picnic area, a concrete basketball half court, and a concrete parking area, all as shown on the plans. No deposit will be refunded. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The work embraced in these contract documents consists of the furnishing of all materials (except as otherwise provided), labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary and proper for the construction of FUN Park & Walking Trail, complete with accessories and appurtenances. Location of all work is in Ozan, Arkansas as shown on the plans. The work to be performed under this bid item consists of all clearing, grubbing, stripping, stockpiling, excavation, embankment, and grading as necessary to complete construction as shown on the plans, as described in these specifications, and as directed by the Engineer. The work to be performed under these items shall consist of the constructing sidewalks, picnic and bench area, basketball half-court, and parking area as shown on the plans, as described herein, and as directed by the Engineer. The work to be performed under this item consists of installing park benches into concrete slabs. Bench slabs, provided by others, shall be installed per manufacturer's recommendations into concrete slabs as described in Bid Item - Concrete Sidewalk, Picnic Table and Bench Slabs, Basketball Half-Court Slab, and Parking Area.
