Email: adirenzo@hovancsek.com Any Proposed Equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Engineer not later than 7 days prior to the bid opening. If no Addendum is issued accepting the Proposed Equal as an Approved Equal, the Proposed Equal shall be considered rejected. The time for completion of the Project shall be 45 DAYS and shall be applicable to the Bidders. The Bidder shall examine all Contract Documents, including without limitation the Drawings and Specifications for all divisions of Work for the Project, noting particularly all requirements, which will affect the Bidder's Work in any way. 2.1.2 Failure of a Bidder to be acquainted with the amount and nature of Work required to complete any of the Work, in conformity with all requirements of the Project as a whole wherever set forth in the Contract Documents, will not be considered as a basis for additional compensation
