The proposed work consists of the furnishing of all necessary labor, supervision, tools, material, and equipment (except for equipment furnished by OWNER and installed by the CONTRACTOR) to complete all Work necessary for the Pickleball Courts Lighting Installation in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work Question Deadline 08/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT in writing through the Bid Express website. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all Bidding Documents Holders through the Bid Express website.
