Project Description: Remove and replace the existing HMA asphalt parking lot in its entirety, add new HMA asphalt parking to the Northeast corner of the site, replace the existing 30" culvert that runs through the parking lot, provide new LED site lighting. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to submit qualifications to the approval of the Architect and Owner with their bid. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
