Site work for a civil project in Mount Olive, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF replacing the existing manual bar screen with a new mechanical step screen, addition of a third clarifier, replacing an existing RAS/WAS Pump Station with a new RAS/WAS Pump Station to receive flow from two of the three clarifiers, a new duplex traveling bridge filter, a new backwash pump station and rehabilitation/modification of an existing traveling bridge filter. The project also includes demolition of existing sand drying beds and other structures at the site that are no longer in service. QA date - 21 August 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered by either mail or approved electronic means to all parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
