Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Kulpmont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
2025 - Culvert Removal and Restoration Project Which generally consists of removal of a precast concrete box culvert, stream regrading and restoration, rain gardens, tree planting, seeding and mulching. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Connolly Jr., P.E. at 570-650-1037 or email at tim.connolly@tetratech.com. to execute a Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause (Exhibit A) as part of the Standard. Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor. The successful Contractor will be required to include the Shamokin Creek Restoration Alliance as an additional insured. The Shamokin Creek Restoration Alliance reserves the right to accept, reject, modify or delete any or all items of work, as they deem necessary to award a Contract within budget limitations, and to waive any information or informalities in the bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days after the date of the Bid Opening. In addition to EEO Executive Order 11246, Contractor's must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in his aggregate on-site construction work force for contracts in excess of $10,000 as per the notice of requirement for affirmative action as contained in the contract documents.
