Sealed bids are invited for the replacement of roofs on two residential buildings at the Brushwood Apartments complex, excluding the building containing the site office. The buildings are specified and highlighted in the provided map within the bidding package and are located in Mount Carmel, PA. An additional alternate option is offered to include the replacement of soffits, gutters, and downspouts for one, two, or all three of the buildings. All bids must be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest responsible base bid, selected alternates, and completeness of the bid submission. The project requires compliance with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, with wage submissions required weekly. Bidders must submit properly executed representations, certifications, and other required statements with their bids, as included in the bid documents. The site is open for walkthrough between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm daily, with prior notification required. All questions or requests for substitutions must be submitted no later than ten days before the bid due date. Bids must be submitted in duplicate using the prescribed forms, labeled with the project name, and delivered to the specified office address. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informality in bidding.
