Questions will only be addressed via email so that responses can be shared with all interested parties in the form of an addenda to the RFP. Britton Deerfield Schools (District) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the engineering (as required) and installation of filtered bottle filling stations, drinking faucets, ice makers, and faucets within the District's school buildings to ensure that all students and staff have access to safe drinking water Site Visit/Walkthrough A walk-through opportunity will be open to all contractors at Britton Deerfield Schools on Tuesday, October 30, 2025 at 8:30 AM. The site visit will begin at the Britton Building, 201 College Ave., Britton, MI 49229. At the conclusion of that building walk-through, all parties can travel to the Deerfield Building located at 252 Deerfield Rd, Deerfield, MI 49238. Questions can be sent to Superintendent Stacy Johnson at: Stacy.Johnson@bdschools.us. Installation Timeline Britton Deerfield Schools expects to award a contract in October of 2025 and require the company to be able to complete the project on or before March 29, 2026. Respondents must include a proposed schedule for installation with their bid.
