Question Deadline 08/13/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda, mailed, delivered, sent via facsimile, or transmitted electronically, to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, bank draft, money order, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the Southeast Macomb Sanitary District, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid.
