The anticipated start date is January, 5 2026, and substantially complete by April 1, 2026, and final completion by April 15, 2026. A sewer separation project is beginning the day after final completion. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/10/2025 10:30 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened. Note that the low bid contractor is not automatically awarded the project.
