The City of St. Clair reserves the right to accept or reject any portion of this bid and/or to divide the bid in any manner the City determines to be in its best interest. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract upon 30 days written notice due to poor performance or for any reason deemed in its best interest. Surety Bond of 5% of bid is required. All prices provided shall remain valid until June 30, 2028.
