The Selection of the CMaR will be done through a two-step process: In the first step, Owner will evaluate the qualifications of each respondent using uniform criteria and choose a short-list of two to five respondents as CMaR finalists. In the second step, the short-listed respondents will be solicited to submit a proposal responding to a Request for Proposal (RFP) CMaR services. The evaluation panel will score each respondent's proposal based on the published RFP criteria and interview up to three (3) of the highest scoring respondents. Owner will enter contract negotiations with the highest-scoring respondent.
