Scope of Work Ramsey County has a new Environmental Center (RCEC). One of the main functions of the RCEC is to collect Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and other hazardous waste from Very Small Quantity Generator (VSQG) businesses located in Ramsey County. Ramsey County is soliciting for a contractor to provide only the labor portion of the services, including on-site sorting, processing, packaging, shipping, and short-term storage of the collected waste. Questions due via email August 25, 1:00 PM Central time Anticipated date answers posted by the County August 27, 2025 The term of this agreement is anticipated to be from January 2026 to December 2028, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms.
