Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Roseville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a 3,670-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 3,670 SF 4" concrete walk, 1,620 SF 6" concrete walk, 1,240 SF prefabricated modular block retaining wall, 124 LF ornamental railing design special, 7.5 FT construct drainage structure, 260 LF concrete curb & gutter design B624, 200 LF concrete sill, 37 TON type SP 9.5 wearing course mix (3,B), 1 LS traffic control, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. Sealed proposals for the work will be received electronically through BidVAULT. Bid documents are available for download for $35 to planholders through the City's Connex page, or as hard copies for $150. Bids must be submitted electronically by contractors listed as planholders on the City's Connex site. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or proposal bond for at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, either electronically or as a paper copy at or before the time of the bid opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the City. Question Deadline 02/03/2026- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than two (2) days prior to the date of opening of Bids may not be answered.
