Site work for a water / sewer project in Roseville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
2026 Sanitary Sewer Main Lining Project The work includes construction of approximately 2,176 LF 24" CIPP lining, 860 LF 12" CIPP lining, 1,380 LF 10" CIPP lining, 5,535 LF 8" CIPP lining, 9,950 LF cleaning and televising, and 95 each robotic reinstatement of service, together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. Sealed proposals for the described work will be received electronically. Bids will only be accepted electronically from contractors who are listed as planholders on the City's Connex site. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Roseville, must accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City. Question Deadline 03/31/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Questions received less than two (2) days prior to the date of opening of Bids may not be answered.
