Cohansey Lift Station Improvements 1. Removal of existing station interior components, including pumps, piping, and fittings, controls, and other miscellaneous items. The existing control panel and antenna mast will also be removed. 2. New lift station top slab as shown in the drawings. 3. Installation of new pumps, piping, and controls in the existing lift station structure as shown in the drawings. 4. Provisions and installation of a new control panel, antenna mast, and permanent backup generator. 5. Coordination of new natural gas service for new permanent backup generator. 6. Removal of the existing driveway and replacement with a new driveway as shown in the drawings. Technical Proposal Evaluation: The technical proposal deadline has been revised to 11:00 AM on April 23, 2026. 7. Restoration of the lift station driveway and any other existing infrastructure affected by the project. Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
