Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Tehachapi, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and water / sewer project.

Provide design services for the de-commissioning of current underground fuel depot and to provide design services for the construction of a new above-ground fuel depot. the selected consultant shall be expected to begin work within two weeks of contract signing. The selected consultant shall be expected to complete final design within six months of contract signing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
